She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose Garza and Aurelia Sanchez.

Spouse, Juan H. Resendez.

She is survived by her daughters, Adriana (Francisco) Reyna and Ana Maria (Jesus) Cavazos.

Grandchildren, Jesus (Carol) Cavazos III, Ana Karen Cavazos and Cristina Reyna.

Great Grandson, Oliver Cavazos.

Sister, Orelia Jimenez.

Brothers, Arturo Garza and Sergio Garza.

Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Religious service will be officiated at 7 p.m. at the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 9:15 a.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2026. Chapel service will be held at 10 a.m. at Iglesia Cristiana Misericordia. Committal services and interment will follow the Laredo City Cemetery.
