MARIA GREGORIA ROSAS

Maria Gregoria Rosas, 89, passed away on Monday, May 1, 2023.

Mrs. Rosas was born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico and was a lifelong resident of Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Arnulfo and Filiberta Saenz.

Her beloved husband, Fausto Rosas Sr., her daughter Blanca De La Peña and by her son Fausto Rosas Jr.

Grandson, Jimmy De La Peña.

Also preceding him are her brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her children, Virginia (Carlos) Gonzalez, Maria Lourdes (Pedro) Castañeda, Gia Rosas, Victor (Margarita) Rosas, Rosalinda (Alfonso) Arce and Marco Antonio Rosas.

17 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.

Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels 800 Boston St, on San Bernardo Ave . Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 6, 2023. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
