MARIA M. SARABIA
Maria M. Sarabia, 80, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at a local hospital.
Mrs. Sarabia was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a life long resident.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Vicente Sarabia.
Parents, Herminio and Catalina Morales.
Grandson, Thomas Josh Sarabia.
Brothers, Ramon Morales and Vicente Morales.
Sister, Maria Alicia Guevara.
She is survived by her daughter, Rosie Macias.
Son, Vicente Sarabia Jr.
Grandchildren, Michael (Samantha) Macias Jr., Monica (Charlie III) Maldonado, Margarita (Josiph) Reaves, Carlos (Sara) Macias, Robert (Mitchi) Peña, Joshua (Patti) Sarabia and Amy (Issac) Gonzalez.
9 great grandchildren.
Other loving children, Rosario Sarabia, Vick Dozier and Michael Macias Sr.
Sisters, Victoria (Armando) Sarabia, Herminia (Ramiro, dec'd) Flores, Gloria Morales and Carmen (Andres) Martinez,
Brother, Juan (Angie) Morales.
Caregiver, Maria Davalos.
Also surviving her are nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 23, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons East Chapel, 4500 Thomas Ave.
Funeral services will begin at 8 a.m. on Saturday, September 24, 2016 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
