MARIA PAULINA ZAPATA
Maria Paulina Zapata, 68, passed away on November 7, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas.
Mrs. Zapata was born in San Pedro de las Colonias, Mexico and had been a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Rogelio and Hermelinda Sanchez.
She is survived by her loving husband, of 47 years of marriage, Juan Jose Zapata Sr.
Children, Juana Lilia (David) Brinckmann, Juan Jose (Maria Aurora) Zapata Jr., Gabriela Elizabeth (Juan) Gonzalez and Julian (Barbara) Zapata.
6 grandchildren.
15 brothers and sisters.
Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 10, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Southside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 11, 2017. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at San Vicente de Paul Catholic Church. Committal services will be held on a later date.
