Obituary

MARIO JOSE CASTILLO
Mario Jose Castillo, 80, passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020.
Mr. Castillo was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Pantaleon and Inez Castillo.
Brothers, Pantaleon Castillo Jr., Roberto Castillo and Oscar Castillo.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 57 years of marriage, Josefina A. Castillo.
Children, Diana C. Lopez, Mario Jose Castillo Jr. and Elizabeth Castillo.
7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.
Sister, San Juanita (Bruce) Dilliplane.
Brothers, Ines (Josefa) Castillo, Juan (Charlene) Castillo and Luis Castillo.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Following the Ordinance by the State of Texas, visitations will be limited to 40 people inside our funeral home.
It is preferred for minor children not be allowed to attend services.
Visitation will be held Monday, January 4, 2021 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. A religious service will be officiated in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Committal services and interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
