MARISSA P. MATA 08/29/1975 - 08/03/2012 Marissa P. Mata, 36, passed away on Friday, August 3, 2012 in Laredo, Texas. Mrs. Mata was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. She is preceded in death by her loving father, Jesus Pedroza Sr. Brother, Jesus Pedroza Jr. She is survived by her loving husband, Martin Mata. Children, Jessie Ortega, Jesus Guadalupe Ortega, Roland Rojas, Renaldo Rojas, Raul Rojas, Carissa Marie Pedroza and Ruby Lynn Rojas. Mother, Maria Magdalena Sotelo. Siblings, Veronica (Jesse) Cisneros, Rosario (Benny) Clegg, Maria Noemi Pedroza, Manuel (Maria) Pedroza, Mateo (Sara) Pedroza, Cynthia (Raul) Botello, Patricia (Arturo) Montes and Clarissa Pedroza. Also surviving her are nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends. Visitation was held on Monday, August 6, 2012 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased was held at 7 p.m. officiated by Deacon Jerry Morales in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. and San Bernardo Ave. Committal services and interment will be held at a later date.
