MARK ROY HARRIS

Mark Roy Harris, , passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.

Mr. Harris was born in Livermore, Oakland, California and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas. Mr. Harris graduated from culinary school and for many years he was employed as a talented Chef at numerous restaurants like the Laredo Country Club. He graduated from Nixon High School and was an adventurous individual who enjoyed the outdoors and loved to travel to all parts of the world. He loved to enjoy his cigars and also enjoyed Penguinos cupcakes, Pepsi and ice cream. He loved listening to music from artists such as Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. He will be dearly missed by all those whose lives he touched.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Le Roy Franklin Harris and Ruth Joan Muller-Harris.
Brother, Matthew Harris.
Sister, Katy Harris.
Also preceding him are other siblings and nephews.

He is survived by his friends, Roberto Von Muller, Irma Canales, Martin Castillo and Simon Arriaga.

Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services are under the direction of the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Committal services will be held on a later date.
