MAURICIO C. PEREZ Mr. Mauricio C. Perez, 68, passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at a local hospital. He is preceded in death by his father Pablo Perez and his mother Guadalupe Cardenas. Brother Ismael Perez. Sister Melida Perez. He is survived by his loving wife of 19 years of marriage Hialaria R. Perez, Children Sylvia (Ernest) Chavez, Nora (Rene) Dominguez, Mauricio Perez Jr., Selina Perez and Reyna Ramirez. Grandchildren Dorothy Chavez, Vanessa Renee Chavez, Rene G. Dominguez Jr., Delia Dominguez, Rodolph Quintanilla, Valerie Renee Dominguez, Mauricio Perez III, Janelle Perez, Ashley Villeda and Luis Carlos Villeda. Great grandson Rodolfph Quintanilla Jr. "R.J.". Brothers Erasmo (Manuela) Perez, Sigifredo Perez. Sisters Herlinda Young, Maria Perez and Eudelia (Jesus) Veliz. Also surviving him are numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 from 4 to 9 p.m and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Southside Chapels, Loop 20 and Zapata Hwy. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 11, 2012 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at San Vicente De Paul Catholic Church. Committal service and interment will then follow in the Laredo City Cemetery.
