MIGUEL A. MENDOZA Miguel A. Mendoza, 79, passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at a local hospital. Mr. Mendoza was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. He is preceded in death by his loving parents, Agustin and Margarita Mendoza. Brothers, Eugenio Mendoza, Juan Mendoza, Bonifacio Mendoza, Pedro Mendoza, Agustin Mendoza and Onesimo Mendoza. Sister, Maria Agustina Mendoza. Brothers-in-Law, Triunfo Gil and Alfredo Macias. He is survived by his sisters, Jesusita Gil and Sofia Macias. Sister-in-Law, Gloria Mendoza. Also surviving him are nephews, nieces, numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 3, 2012 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. PALLBEARERS WERE: Raul Ramirez Jr., Javier G. Compean, Gerardo Macias, Alfredo Macias III, Domingo Mendoza, Leonel Cisneros, Daniel Elizondo and Andres Ysaguirre.
