MINERVA RAMIREZ

Minerva Ramirez, 68, passed away on February 9th, 2022.

Ms. Ramirez was born in Mexico City, Mexico on October 9, 1953.

She was a loving soul with a passion for music and dancing, and she loved to be around people. In her lifetime, many caring people watched over her, but her dearest bond was with her friend Maria Luisa, with whom she had many lovely adventures. She also spent her life by her brother's side. They shared many fond memories and laughs throughout their lives together. She will be dearly missed by all whose lives she touched.

She is precede in death by, Mother, Guillerma Ramirez Trevino from Saltillo, Coahuila.

Father, Leon Oscar Ramirez from Zapata, Texas.

She is survived by her brother, Leon Oscar Ramirez Jr., sister, Rosalinda Ramirez, nieces Rebecca Teresa Ramirez and Clarissa Benavides Lindsey, and longtime caregiver and friend Maria Luisa Medrano.

Also surviving her are many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 13, 2022 from 2 p.m to 5 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 4 p.m in the Hernandez, Lopez and sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, February 14, 2022. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
