Obituary

Nicolas Garza Jr,

Nicolas was born on July 16, 1948 in Laredo, Texas. Nicolas as many knew was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. He left this world peacefully at the age of 76 on December 20, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones. Nicolas was reserved, respected, and of few words, but made up with his actions. Always uniting family together. He instilled in us from the beginning that a united family is a bond we should always keep. A devoted provider, through hard work and dedication he was able to achieve his dreams. A trait all his children admire and strive to replicate. He was a source of strength and support to the family. Although Nicolas is no longer with us physically, his spirit lives on in our hearts. We will forever cherish the life lessons, mentoring, and memories he provided.

Nicolas is preceded in death by his parents Nicolas and Francisca Garza, his siblings Pedro, Juventino, Hortencia, Joe, and his youngest daughter Elizabeth.

Nicolas is survived by the love of his life Maria Garza, married for 53 years.
