NOLBERTO MONTOYA Nolberto Montoya, 75, passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at a local hospital. Mr. Montoya was born on Lerdo Durango, Mexico and had been a long life resident in Laredo, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents Marcelino and Prisciliana Urbina Montoya. He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years of marriage, Josefina R. Montoya. His sons and daughters, Gregorio Montoya, Maria Del Refugio (Ruben) Garcia, Juana (Porfirio Garcia) Montoya, Eduardo Montoya, Paulino (Nicolasa Ibarra) Montoya, Lazaro (Norma Leticia Lopez) Montoya and Marcelino (Sofia) Montoya. His numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, brothers, sisters, numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 from 4 to 9 p.m. and Vigil of the deceased will be at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. A Liturgy of the Word will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 officiated by Rev. Deacon Jerry Morales. Committal services will be held at a later date.
