Oralia M. "Nani" Gallegos, 88, passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 in Laredo, Texas.
Mrs. Gallegos was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident. Mrs. Gallegos was a member of the Cursillo Movement at San Francisco Javier Catholic Church and was an active member at San Luis Rey Catholic Church, as well as at Holy Family Catholic Church.
She will be dearly missed by her friends and family.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Agustin Gallegos Jr..
Daughters, Miriam Gallegos and Orfa Gallegos Sosa.
Siblings, Felipe Moreno, Ninfa Vela, Oscar Moreno and Horacio Moreno.
She is survived by her daughters, Janet (Kevin) Morrison, Oralia (Reynaldo Jr.) Garcia, Ada (Agustin Jr.) Ballesteros, Araceli (Jose Luis Sr.) Castillo and Odette (Abel Sr.) Ramirez.
Grandchildren, Kevin Morrison Jr., Jennifer A. Blanco, Miriam Garcia, Rey Garcia III, Andres A. Garcia, Joella Ballesteros, Agustin "Sony" Ballesteros, Angelo Ballesteros, Jose Luis Castillo Jr., Jesus A. Castillo, Abel "AJ" Ramirez Jr., Vanessa O. Ramirez and David J. Ramirez.
14 great grandchildren.

Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.
The family would like to extend a special "Thank You" to the Staff at St. Benedict's Home Health, the Staff and Nurses at Heavenly Nurse and Serenity Hospice.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 8, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8 a.m. on Saturday, February 9, 2019. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
