OSCAR M. BAUTISTA
Oscar M. Bautista, 83, passed away on Friday, August 4, 2017 in Laredo, Texas.
Oscar Bautista was born in Laredo, Texas  a good father, grandfather and friend to many, he was the proud owner of Oscar's Garage since 1969. He was not only a talented mechanic but also very artistic person who loved to draw, paint, create things from wood or metal. He was also a nature and animal lover.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Isidro and Catalina Bautista.
Sister, Martha Reyes.
2 great-grandchildren.
He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years of marriage, Dora Bautista.
Children, Leticia Zapata, Oscar (Lilia) Bautista, Rene ( Carmen) Bautista, David Bautista, Diana (Jesus) Villarreal and Fernando Bautista.
14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Brother, Isidro (Graciela) Bautista.
Sisters, Patricia Bautista, Leticia Zavala, Carmela Bautista and Maria Elena (Carlos) Arellano.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 07, 2017 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
