PABLO ARRIAGA Pablo Arriaga, 80, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2015 at a local hospital. Mr. Arriaga was born in Nuevo Leon, Mexico and had bee a long life resident of Laredo. He is preceded in death by his brother, Pedro Arriaga. Sister, Maria Martinez. Parents, Toribio and Guadalupe Arriaga. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years of marriage Alicia Arriaga. Children, Carlos (Isela) Arriaga, Antonio (Rosalinda) Arriaga, Bertha (Jose) Gomez, Maria Elena (Brad) Hopkins, Dora (Jesus) Putney, Sylvia (Sean) Tiffee, Pablo Arriaga Jr. and Gabriela (Michael) Chambers. 15 grandchildren. Brothers and Sisters, Elizabeth (Adolfo) Pruneda, Juana (Luis, dec'd) Vela, Dora (Zacarrias) Guerrero, Jose (Zocorro) Arriaga, Lucio (Maria) Arriaga, Maria Del Rosario (Jose) Cabello and Rosa (Jose) Luna. Also surviving him are nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Religious Service will be officiated at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez Southside Chapel, Loop 20 and Zapata Hwy. A Chapel service will be held at 9 a.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the funeral home chapel. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
