PATRICIO OVIEDO

Patricio Oviedo, 96, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.

Mr. Oviedo was born in Dolores, Texas and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Cecilio and Concepcion Oviedo.

His beloved wife, Maria Felix Oviedo.

Brothers, Manuel Oviedo, Salomon Oviedo and Teodoro Oviedo.

Sisters, Maximiliana Sanchez, Antonia Arredondo, Zenida O. Cortinas, Esmeralda Gutierrez, Natividad Almendarez, Celia Ramirez and Delia Wolters.

Nephew, Carlos Valdez.

He is survived by his children, Cynthia (Edgar) Galvan, Patricio Oviedo Jr. and Roxanne Oviedo.

Grandchildren, Edgar A. Galvan Jr. and Samantha Galvan.

Niece, Julia Lara.

Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Friday, October 1, 2022 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Holy Mass was celebrated at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment followed at the Laredo City Cemetery.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Edgar Galvan, Edgar A. Galvan Jr., Jorge Rangel, Jorge A. Rangel Jr., Alejandro Galvan and Rolando Ramirez.
