PEDRO SALAS BERNAL JR. Pedro Salas Bernal Jr., 69, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2015 in Laredo, Texas. Mr. Bernal Jr. was born in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and had been a life long resident of Laredo, Texas. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Irma N. Salas. Father, Pedro Salas. He is survived by his wife, Olga Soto. Children, Sandra S. (Jose M.) Ugarte, Pedro (Gina P.) Salas III. Grandchildren, Belinda Ugarte, Sebastian Ugarte and Caleb Ugarte. Mother, Laurentina B. Salas. Brothers and sisters, Roberto (Maria) Salas, Sergio Salas, Laurentina (Victor) Mendoza and Jose Juan (Irene) Salas. Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 from 4 to 9 p.m. and Chapel Service, officiated by Deacon Gerardo Morales, will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons East Chapel, 4500 Thomas Ave. Committal services and interment will be held on a later date.
