PEDRO S. HERRERA
Pedro S. Herrera, 91, passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at a local hospital.
Mr. Herrera was born in Waco, Texas and had been a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his brothers, Emilio Herrera and Norberto Herrera.
Sisters, Hilaria Soto and Vicenta Santos.
Daughter, Alicia Herrera.
He is survived by his loving wife, Gloria P. Herrera.
Daughters, Maria del Carmen (Scott Jr.) Jepson, Yolanda Herrera and Daniel Avila.
7 grandchildren.
6 great-grandchildren.
1 great-great granddaughter.
Brother, Celestino Herrera.
Sisters, Hortencia Herrera, Rosa (Ramon) Alvarado and Juanita (Antonio) Colunga.
Also surviving him are nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held t 6 p.m. in the
Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 7, 2016 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church
. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
