PORFIRIO CRUZ FLORES
Porfirio Cruz Flores, 78, passed away on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.
Mr. Flores was born in Anack, N.L., Mexico and was a longlife resident of Laredo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Guadalupe and Lidia Cruz.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 53 years of marriage, Angela Cruz.
Children, Maria del Rosario (Nicolas) Avila and Porfirio Cruz Jr.
6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Brothers, Daniel (Rosa) Cruz, David Cruz, Ruben Cruz, Javier (Camila) Cruz and Israel (Alejandra) Cruz.
Sisters, Sara Cruz, Noemi (Ramon) Irgollen and Rocio (Antonio) Sanchez.
Also surviving hi are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 2, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
A Liturgy of the Word will be officiated in the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 3, 2021. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
