PORFIRIO MARTINEZ GARCIA
Porfirio Martinez Garcia, 84, passed away on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at a local hospital.
Mr. Martinez Garcia is preceded in death by his parents, Porfirio and Maria Martinez, First wife Socorro Amezcua de Martinez.
He is survived by his wife, Maria Concepcion Rodriguez de Martinez.
Children, Socorro (Jose L.) Reyes Jr., Porfirio (Lilia C.) Martinez, Rosalinda (Michael) Evans, Ruben (Cyndee) Martinez, Leticia (Martin) Idrogo and Susie (Miguel) Zavala.
Stepdaughter, Carmen Rodriguez.
Grandchildren, Leo III, Andres, Christopher, Kevin, Ricardo, Linda, Kimberly, Kristy, Ashleigh, Kattie, Nikkie, Martin Jr., Marissa, Vanessa, Valeria, Viviana and Angela.
Great-grandchildren, Julian, Andres, Aiden, Calimarie, Anibal, Atlas, Dylan, Nathan, Matthew, and Estella.

Al so surviving him are brothers, sisters, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will then continue with a visitation held in Nuevo Laredo, Tamps., Mexico., at Funeraria Vasquez on Friday July 27, 2018 from 12 noon to 9:00 p.m.  A Holy  Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at the Sagrada Familia Catholic Church located  in Nuevo Laredo at  Obregon 3304 Colonia Jardin .   Committal services and interment will follow at  Panteon Municpal Antiguo.
