Obituary

RAMIRO VALDEZ
Ramiro Valdez, 68, passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at a local hospital.
Mr. Valdez was born in Candela, Coahuila, Mexico and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ramon and Angelica Valdez.
Sister, Ramona Aguirre.
Brother, Gustavo Valdez.
He is survived by bis loving wife, Maria Del Carmen Valdez.
Children, Ramiro Valdez Jr., Maria Isabel Valdez, Ramon Valdez and Brenda Valdez.
12 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
Sisters, San Juanita (Florencio) Garcia, Maria Candelaria Valdez and Maria Guadalupe Valdez.
Brothers,  Bernardo (Sara Alicia) Valdez and Juan Ramon (Ana Isabel) Valdez.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Following the Ordinance by the State of Texas, visitations will be limited to 40 people inside our funeral home.
It is preferred for minor children not be allowed to attend services.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8:05 a.m. on Wednesday, December 30, 2020. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
