Obituary

RAMON HEARD

Ramon Heard, 75, passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2024.

Mr. Heard was born in Monte Alto, Texas and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Guillermo and Aurora Heard.
Brother, Samuel Heard.
Sister,  Maria Heard.
Grandson, Christian Heard.
He is survived by his loving wife, Gabriela P. Heard.
Children, Ramon Heard Jr., Guillermo (Victoria) Heard, Adriana Heard (Sam Garza) and Juan Ricardo (Lisa) Heard.
5 grandchildren.
Brothers, Celestino (Hortencia+) Heard and Reynaldo (Elena) Heard.
Sister, Diamantina (Hector) Amezcua.
Sister-in-Law, Guadalupe Heard.
Brother-in-Law, Ranulfo Reyes Lopez.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 14, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. at the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Funeral services will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 departing from the Funeral Home Chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. at San Jose Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Laredo City Cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Ramon Heard Jr., Guillermo Heard, Juan Ricardo Heard, Sam Garza, Samuel Heard Jr., Gael Heard, Adolfo Verdin Jr.,  Carlos Velasquez and Heriberto Chavez
Honorary Pallbearers were: Luis Babiak, Carlos Velasquez Jr., Dante Gruel, Miles Heard, Jesus Diaz Jr., and Rolando Heard.
Funeral arrangements are under the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels located at 800 Boston St. and San Bernardo Ave.
