RAMON HECTOR ROBLES

Ramon Hector Robles, 89, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

Mr. Robles was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident. He was a sergeant with the United States Army from June 28, 1955 to June 27, 1958 and served during the Cuban Crisis in 1961. He also proudly served with the United States National Guard for 18 years. He will dearly missed by all those whose lives he touched, especially by his loving wife, children and grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Matias and Olivia Robles.

Brothers, Matias Robles Jr. and Ruben Robles.

He is survived by his loving wife, Juanita G. Robles.

Children, Ricardo Robles, Alma Aida Garcia and Angelica Robles.

Grandchildren, Carina Lizette (Alfredo Bondoc Jr.) Garcia and Melissa Nicole (Juan J. Bermudez Jr.) Garcia and numerous great grandchildren.

Sister, Minerva Vela.

Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Monday, January 22, 2024 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Holy Mass was celebrated at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Committal services and interment followed at the Laredo City Cemetery-Veteran's Section.

PALLBEARERS WERE: Alfredo Bondoc Jr., Juan Jesus Bermudez Jr., Matias Robles III, Roberto Robles Jr., Roberto Robles Sr., Gilbert Baldonando, Leroy Salinas and Jose Manuel Gonzalez.
