Raul "Bule" Cisneros Sr

October 14, 1952 – July 11, 2025

Raul "Bule" Cisneros Sr, 72, of Laredo, Texas, passed away on July 11, 2025, in his hometown of Laredo.

Born on October 14, 1952, Raul was the son of Juan and Marta Cisneros. A proud native of Laredo, he pursued a lifelong commitment to learning and service, earning a Master's degree in Educational Administration and dedicating his professional life to shaping young minds as an educator.

Raul was a man defined by love—his love for his family, his students, and the music that filled his life. He found great joy in playing guitar, spending time with his family, and listening to the timeless music of The Beatles. Known for his warmth, wisdom, loyalty, and humor, Raul made a lasting impact on everyone who had the good fortune to know him.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Caridad Cisneros; his children Brian, Carina, Daniela and Raul; and his cherished granddaughter, Sadie. Raul is also survived by his siblings Juan, Ricardo, Thomas, Luis, Graciela, Arnulfo, and Alejandro.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Marta Cisneros, and his brother Armando.

Raul "Bule" Cisneros will be remembered for the love he gave, the lessons he taught, and the music he shared. His memory lives on in the hearts of his family, friends, former students, and all who knew him.

Visitation will be held on Sunday July 20,2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and a rosary will be officiated at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez  and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. and San Bernardo Ave. Committal Services and interment will be held at a later date.
