RAUL DIAZ DE LEON Raul Diaz De Leon, 84, passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 in Laredo, Texas. Mr. Diaz De Leon was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas Mexico and had been a resident of Laredo for most of his life. He is survived by his loving wife Maria P. Diaz. Children, Raul (Ma Francisca) Diaz, Jose R. (Beatriz) Diaz, Alma Rosa (Alejandro) Cavazos and Reynaldo (Amelia E.) Diaz. 13 Grandchildren. 10 Great-Grandchildren. Sister, Alicia Vallejo. Also surviving him are nephews, nieces, numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 20, 2012 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 21, 2012 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
