RAUL GARCIA
Raul Garcia, 70, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 26, 2017, at a local hospital.
Mr. Garcia was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a lifelong resident.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Angelita G. Reyes.
Son, Raul Garcia Jr.
Sister, Margarita Cordova.
He is survived by his loving wife, Rosa Linda Garcia.
His children, Cynthia Garcia (Claudio Martinez), Ruben Garcia (Cynthia G.), Rogelio (Celina) Garcia and Roel (Amanda) Garcia.
Grandchildren, Elijah A. Garcia, Rolando A. Moreno, Carla A. Moreno, Nicholas Tijerina, Rebecca A. Garcia, Katelynn Garcia, Isabella N. Garcia, Sienna N. Garcia, Destiny L. Garcia, Alexis Martinez, Chloe Martinez and Kevin Martinez.
Siblings, Manuel Reyes, Seferina Hernandez, Federico Reyes, Delfina Hernandez, Sara Garcia, Aucencio (Guadalupe) Lopez and Minerva (Nicolas) Hernandez.
Also surviving him are numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 9:15 a.m. on Thursday, November 30, 2017. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Nuestra Señora Del Rosario Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
