RAUL GONZALEZ

Raul Gonzalez, 80, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2023.

Mr. Gonzalez was born Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Antonia Gonzalez.

His beloved wife, Norma Rosa Gonzalez.

Son, Jose Antonio Gonzalez.

Brothers, Pilar Gonzalez and Francisco Gonzalez.

He is survived by his children, Emma Diana Benavides (Jose Morales), Raul Gonzalez Jr., Gerardo Javier (Guadalupe) Gonzalez and Joann (Eduardo) Gonzalez.

13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Sister, Josefina (Jose Luis) Ortiz.

Brothers, Roberto Gonzalez and Guadalupe (Estela) Gonzalez.

Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on  San Bernardo Ave.  Holy Mass was celebrated at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment followed at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
