RAUL PEREZ Raul Perez, 49, went peacefully to see the Lord on Wednesday, September 1, 2011 at a local hospital. Raul is preceded in death by his father the late Antonio Perez Sr. and by his brother Jaime Perez. He is survived by his mother Frances Mendes. His wife Martha Perez. B y his son Christopher Lee Kaiser and by his daughter Amanda Patricia Kaiser. His brothers Jose Luis (Laura) Perez of Avalon, Wisconsin, and Antonio (Norma) Perez Jr. of Laredo, Texas. By his sisters Delia Perez Lozano of San Antonio, Texas, Yvonne (John) Montoya of Corpus Christi, Texas; Vilma (Marco) Medina of Laredo, Texas and Veronica (Roberto) Montero of Rockfort, Illinois. Also surviving him are aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, numerous other relatives and many friends. Visititation will be held Monday, September 5, 2011 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Liturgy of the Word officiated by Deacon Hector D. Hernandez will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin Tuesday, morning September 6, 2011with a religious service officiated by Pastor Veliz held in the Iglesia Cristiana Misericordia located at 1519 E. Del Mar Blvd. There will be no procession from the funeral home to the church. Committal services will be held at a later date.
