REYMUNDO R. CRUZ SR.
Reymundo R. Cruz Sr., 84, passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2022.
Mr. Cruz was born in Laredo, Texas and was a lifelong resident. He was a veteran of the United State Army and Navy. He will be dearly missed.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Alejandro and Venancia Cruz.
Son, Carlos Adrian Cruz.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 52 years of marriage, Cecilia Gloria Cruz.
Children, Monica (Rene) Cruz-Paez, Cynthia I. (David) Cruz-Davis and Reymundo R. Cruz Jr.
Grandchildren, Rene Javier "RJ" Paez, Nicholas Daniel Paez, Joel Alejandro Paez, Sofia Vanessa Davis and Crystal Isabel Davis.
Sister, Bertha Cruz Enders.
Also surviving him are numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2022 from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave
. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at San Martin De Porres Catholic Church. Committal services and interment with full military honors will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
