Reynaldo Palos Sr.
June 10, 1942 – July 4, 2023

Reynaldo Palos Sr., 81, entered our Lord's heavenly kingdom on July 4, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Reynaldo was born on June 10, 1942, in Laredo, Texas. He was a proud Martin High School tiger, graduate class of 1961. Soon after graduation, Reynaldo proudly served his community as a peace officer for over two decades up until his retirement. Reynaldo had a serving heart and enjoyed directing traffic every morning for schools and at San Martin de Porras every week as he loved engaging in public service.
Reynaldo was the pillar of the Palos family; he was a caring son, a loving husband, an excellent father, and the sweetest grandfather and great-grandfather. Mr. Palos was also a headstrong big brother and the best friend of those who were lucky to have him. He was a very simple man who delighted in having his morning coffee with his closest friends and unconditionally loved his family circle. He is now united with our Lord in paradise to watch over us all. Reynaldo will be deeply missed by his family, his friends, and all those who knew and loved him.

Mr. Palos is preceded in death by his parents Juan and Aurora Palos, his maternal grandparents, Miguel and Rosa Herrera, and in-laws, Juan and Isabel Farias.

Left to cherish his memories include his loving wife of over 59 years of marriage, Cleotilde Palos.

Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, July 8, 2023 departing from the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Holy Mass was celebrated at San Martin De Porres Catholic Church. Committal services and interment followed at the Laredo City Cemetery.
