Ricardo Rodriguez Ricardo Rodriguez,105, passed away on Monday, November 11, 2013 in Laredo, Texas. Mr. Rodriguez born in San Ygnacio, Texas and had been a resident of Laredo for many years. He was employed with the City of Laredo with maintenance department for many years. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Mila Rodriguez, who passed away on April of 2003. By his son, Reynaldo R. Rodriguez who passed away on June 18, 2011, his daughter, Yolanda Laurel, Son-in-Law, Tomas Gonzalez who passed away January 1960. His grandsons, Tomas Gonzalez, Jr. and Dennis Laurel. His great granddaughter, Ashley Marie Gonzalez. Brothers, Tomas Rodriguez, Raul (Panchita) Rodriguez, also his sisters, Maria Luis & Noe Gutierrez and Rosita & Joe Mendiola. He is survived by his daughters: Rose Gonzalez and Thelma (Richard) Rendon. Daughter-in-law: Tere Rodriguez. Son-in-law: David Laurel. Also surviving him are his 9 grandchildren: Robert (Carol) Gonzalez, Reynaldo (Alice Lynn) Rodriguez, Veronica Y. Lopez, Gerardo Javier (Kim) Rodriguez, George David Laurel, Carlos Laurel, Leo Laurel, Richard (Denica) Rendon and Brandy M. Rendon. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2013 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, November 15, 2013 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
