ROBERT RODRIGUEZ Robert Rodriguez, 19, passed away Saturday, February 23, 2013. He is preceded i n death by his maternal grandfather Jose Almendarez. Paternal grandfather, Hector Rodriguez. Uncle, Jose Almendarez Jr. He is survived by his mother Herminia Almendarez and his father Alberto Rodriguez. Siblings, Sandra (Francisco) Martinez, Alberto Rodriguez Jr., Brenda (Manuel) Contreras, Gilbert Rodriguez, Selina Rodriguez and Kimberly Fraga. Maternal grandmother, San Juana Almendarez. Paternal grandmother, Olivia Rodriguez. Aunt, Zenaida (Antonio) Dominguez. Uncle, Rene (Isabel) Rodriguez. Cousins, Cindy (Joey) De Leon, Tony Dominguez, Annie Dominguez, Robert Rodriguez, Rene Rodriguez, Sabrina and Barbara Rodriguez, Gerardo Rodriguez Jr. and Juan Hernandez Jr. Also surviving him are other uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8:05 a.m. on Thursday, February 28, 2013 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will them follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
