ROBERTO NUNEZ

April 25, 1972 - December 14, 2022

Roberto Nuñez, 50, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.

Mr. Nuñez was born on April 25, 1972 in Laredo, Texas and remained a lifelong resident.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Juan  Nuñez Sr. and Soledad Nuñez.

Brother, Ruben Nuñez.

He is survived by his loving wife, of 28 years of marriage, Sandra S. Nuñez.

Daughter, Devon Nuñez.

Siblings,  Jose Juan Nuñez Jr. (Maria Teresa), Gilberto Nuñez (Janie), Elizabeth Velazquez (Vidal), Sylvia Lopez (Raymond) and Sharon Nuñez.

Nieces and nephews, Natalie Nuñez, Kimberly Lopez, Raymond Lopez Jr., Vidal Velazquez III, Christopher Velazquez, Stephanie Edwards and Kaylen Edwards.

Also surviving him are numerous other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 18, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, December 19, 2022. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Our Lady Of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

PALLBEARERS WILL BE: Raymond Lopez, Raymond Lopez Jr., Christopher Velazquez, Vidal Velazquez II, Vidal Velazquez III, Mario Galindo, Arturo Castillo, Gilberto Nuñez and Jose Salinas.

Honorary Pallbearer will be Jose Juan Nuñez Jr.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave.
