ROBERTO CARLOS RIOS Roberto Carlos Rios, 32, passed away on Monday, August 15, 2011 in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Rios was born in Tampico, Tamaulipas Mexico and had been a resident of Rio Bravo, Texas for sometime. "El Papi Chulo" Mi Amor, Siempre estaremos pensando en ti, Te Amo, Tu Esposa y Tus Hijos. Mr. Rios was preceded in death by his father, Vicente Rios. Mother-in-Law, Rosa Elia Duque. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Rios. Children, Roberto Carlos Rios Jr., America Ashley Rios and Precious Monique Rios. Mother, Josefina Rios. Brother and Sisters, Vicente (Consuelo E.) Rios, Amalia Rios and Ana G. Rios. Also nephews, nieces, numerous other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2011 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Southside Chapels, Loop 20 and Zapata Hwy. Funeral services will begin at 8:15 a.m. on Friday, August 19, 2011 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will celebrated at 9 a.m. at Santa Rita De Casia Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Laredo City Cemetery.
