Rodolfo Gonzalez Ornelas

Rodolfo Gonzalez (70) passed on the morning of December 18, 2023 surrounded by his family.

Mr  Gonzalez was born in Lubbock, Texas on November 1, 1953. He later moved to Laredo to start his family with his wife Maria Gonzalez. He spent his days caring for his wife of 50 years, watching tv and making sure she had everything she needed. Rodolfo (Welo) loved being around his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mr. Gonzalez enjoyed eating marshmallows, dancing and making his grandchildren laugh.

Mr Gonzalez leaves behind his wife, Maria Gonzalez, his children: Rodolfo Gonzalez Jr., Alejandro (Griselda) Gonzalez, Ruben (Angelica) Gonzalez, Jorge Gonzalez, San Juanita (Luis) Gonzalez, Juan (Celina) Gonzalez, Grandchildren: Rodolfo Gonzalez III, Marissa Gonzalez, Marisol Gonzalez, Maribel Gonzalez, Ricardo Gonzalez, Raul Gonzalez, Reymundo Gonzalez, Kassandra (Nixon) Urbanczyk, Eli Gonzalez, Martel Gonzalez, Amanda Gonzalez, Ruby Gonzalez, Alexis San Miguel, Brianna San Miguel, Clarissa San Miguel, Samantha (Marco) Ortiz, Raleigh Gonzalez, Quendra Gonzalez, Juan Antonio (Araceli) Gonzalez, Anaid Gonzalez, and Jacob Gonzalez, and numerous great grandchildren.

Mr. Gonzalez requested a celebration of life be held in his honor as opposed to traditional funeral services. We request all of Rodolfo's loved ones to join us in celebrating his beautiful life at a later date.
