Rodolfo Amesquita Sr.'s Obituary
RODOLFO AMESQUITA SR.
Rodolfo Amesquita Sr., passed away on Friday, June 30, 2017, at the age of 81.
Mr. Amesquita was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a life long resident.
Mr. Amesquita was a veteran of the United States Army, who served his term during the Korean Conflict.
He was a graduate of Martin High School, which is also where he met the love of his life, Manuela Amesquita, whom he later married.
He was employed for numerous years at the Uniroyal Testing and Proving Ground as a Test Car Driver and
will be dearly missed by all those who came to know him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Luz and Altagracia Amesquita.
His beloved wife, Manuela Amesquita.
Brother, Salvador Amesquita.
Sisters, Maria Perez, Cruz Teniente, Alejandra Flores and Guadalupe Montemayor.
He is survived by his children, Rodolfo (Rosario) Amesquita Jr., Ruby (Luis ) Ortiz, Ruben (Ana Gloria) Amesquita and Rosa (Ruben) Nuñez.
Grandchildren, Rosangela, Rodolfo III, Rolando, Lizelle, Lindsey, Rebeka, Renee, Ruben Jr., Regina, Rachel and Natalee.
9 great-grandchildren.
Sister, Juanita Arellano.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 4, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, July 5, 2017. Holy Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Information with regards to the funeral service departure time and Holy Mass hour may be obtained by calling (956) 723-2979 or for outside of Laredo 1-800-232-7907.
