ROSA R. GARCIA Rosa Garcia, 86, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 in Laredo, Texas. Ms. Garcia was born in Bernard, Texas and had been a life long resident of Laredo, Texas. She is preceded by her husband Ramon Garcia and her sister Manuela Robledo. She is survived by her children, Maria Guadalupe (Luis) Medellin, Jose Guadalupe Garcia, Ramon Garcia, Fernando (Aurora) Garcia, Juan Carlos (Jeanie) Garica. Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren Also surviving are her nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 28,2013 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8 a.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2013 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the City of Laredo Cemetery.
