ROSA LOPEZ GARZA Rosa Lopez Garza, 86, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2013 in a local hospital. Rosa L Garza was born in Encinal, Texas and had been a resident of Laredo, Texas for most of her life. She is preceded in death by her husband Julian Garza passed away October 1975. Sons, Celestino Garza, Eduardo Lopez Brothers and Sisters: Margarita Valles, Refugria L. Rodriguez, Juan Lopez, Maxima L. Garcia, Ines L. Guevara, Francisco Lopez, Sixto Lopez. Also several Grandchildren. Ms. Garza is survived by her children Maria Reyes Garcia, Pedro A. (Delia) Garza, Julian (Raquel) Garza, Norma (Tirso) Martinez, Rogelio (Sylvia) Garza, Oscar J. Garza, Jose Luis (Esther) Garza, Fabian (Patti) Garza. 40 Grandchildren, numerous Great-Grandchildren and several Great-Great Grandchildren Daughters-in-law, Zenia A. Garza, Juanita T. Lopez Also surviving are her nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 5, 2013 from 4 to 9 p.m and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 6, 2013 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at St. John Neumann Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Laredo City Cemetery.
