ROSA ELENA DE LEON
Rosa Elena De Leon, 80, passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2021 in Laredo, Texas.
Mrs. De Leon was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a lifelong resident.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ruben De Leon Sr.
Son, Ruben De Leon Jr.
Mother, Rosa Morado.
Brothers, Francisco Morado and Arturo Morado.
Sister, Alicia Hernandez.
She is survived by her son, Rogelio (Angelina) De Leon.
Daughter, Isabel (Lidio+) Moya, Rosalinda (Manuel Jesus) De Leon Gutierrez and Belia (Jesus) Salas.
Grandsons, Lidio Moya Jr., Rogelio De Leon, Rodolfo De Leon, Ruben De Leon and Bryan De Leon.
Granddaughters, Lynda Lisette De Leon, Rebecca Moya, Crystal Moya and Kassandra De Leon.
12 great-grandchildren.
Sister, Elizabeth Lara.
Also surviving her are numerous other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons, Southside Chapel, Loop 20 and Zapata Hwy. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 22, 2021. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Santo Niño Catholic Church. Committal services will be held at the Laredo City Cemetery.
