ROSA ELIA TREVIÑO
Rosa Elia Treviño, 67, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2020 in Laredo, Texas.
Mrs. Treviño was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico and was a life long resident of Laredo, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her her mother, Amelia Morales De Zuniga.
Father, Jose Trinidad Zuniga.
Brother, Jose Trinidad Zuniga Jr.
Niece, Linda Araceli Garcia.
She is survived by her loving husband, of 50 years of marriage, Hector R. Treviño Sr.
Children, Hector R. (Raquel) Treviño Jr.,Juan Carlos (Priscilla) Treviño and Sandra Susana (John) Galvan.
Grandchildren, Hector R. Treviño III, Cecilia Sandra Treviño, Jocelyn Treviño, Adriana Elizabeth Treviño, Juan Carlos Treviño Jr., Leslie Treviño, Mark Anthony Treviño, Santiago Treviño, Norma Susana Galvan, Mallory Victoria Galvan and Trina Aracelee Galvan.
Great grandchild, Juan Carlos Treviño III.
Siblings, San Juana Bailey, Susana Morales, Amelia Zuniga, Manuelita Zuniga, Sylvia Venegas, Avel Zuniga, Alonso Zuniga, Francisco Zuniga and Javier Zuniga.
Also surviving her are numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Following the Ordinance by the State of Texas, visitation will be limited to 25 % of capacity inside our funeral home.
It is preferred that minor children not be allowed to attend services
.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel 9 a.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2020. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. at Santo Niño Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
