ROSANTINA VERGARA DEL BOSQUE 4/19/1925 - 05/24/2012 Dona Rosa, 87, passed away on Thursday, May 24, 2012 in Laredo, Texas surrounded by family and friends. Dona Rosa was born in Lampazos Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Matias and Amadita Vergara. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Oscar Del Bosque and by her parents Matias and Amadita G. Vergara. Brothers, Elias, Alfredo, Matias and Homero Vergara. Sister, Dolores Vergara. She is survived by her daughter Rosie Gonzalez (Jose Maria Gonzalez). Grandson, Jose Maria Gonzalez Jr. Sister, Armandina Vergara V. Brother, Abelardo (Hilda) Vergara. Also surviving her are nieces, nephews, loved relatives and many friends. The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Haber Milton and the nurses and staff from Laredo Specialty Hospital and her caregiver Ana Gamez. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 28, 2012 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. at San Martin De Porres Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
