Obituary

ROSEMARY ARREDONDO
Rosemary Arredondo, 73, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all, passed away due to COVID19 on Friday, August 13, 2021.
Rosemary was born on April 15, 1948 in Mexico City and was raised in Evanston, Illinois. At a young age, she and the family moved to Laredo, Texas, where she later graduated from Raymond & Tirza Martin High School in 1967.
Rosemary eventually gave her time and love to that school where she became the children's favorite substitute teacher from 1985-2016. Later she moved to San Antonio, Texas to be with her daughters.
Rosemary is preceded in death by her parents, Jose Refugio Hernandez and Alicia Solorio Hernandez.
Sister, Martha Hernandez Chapa.
Brother, Rogelio Hernandez.
She is survived by her 2 daughters, Eliza (Graciela) Bocanegra and Maricela Arredondo.
Brother, Raymundo Guillermo (Yolanda) Hernandez.
Sisters, Lilia Ester Hernandez and Eva Hernandez Ramirez.
Also surviving her are her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
A memorial gathering and celebration of life is planned for Saturday, August 13, 2022 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave . Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
