Obituary

RUTH ZAMARRIPA
Ruth Zamarripa, 82, passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2022.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Delia Alvarado.
Father, Manuel Garza.
Spouse, Daniel Zamarripa.
Sister, Elizabeth Garza.
Brother, Joel Alvarado.

Ruth was a loving Mother, Grand-Mother and Great Grand Mother to her many children and grand-children. She was an inspiring and warm individual who was devoted to bringing her family together. Her life was dedicated to caring for others, one way she would bring everyone together was through her ability to cook, another being through her faith in the Lord. She brought a light to our family and many others.

Her loving embraced is and will always be missed.

She is survived by her children, Diana Ruth (Edward) Everett, Daniel (Veronica) Zamarripa, Raul Zamarripa, Roberto (Liza) Zamarripa, Sandra (David) Martinez, Sara (Javier) Villa, Rebecca (Fernando) Alarcon Jr. and Cyndi (Dr. Juan) Barajas.
16 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Sisters, Noemi (Cayetano) Perez, Bertha Cubillo, Sylvia (Gerardo) Innocencio, Alicia Johnson, Ernestina Garza, Manuela (Guadalupe) Ayala, Zulema (Lupe) Medrano and Diana (Edwin) Nava.
Brothers, Daniel (Elodia) Alvarado, Felix Alvarado, David (Griselda) Alvarado, Daniel (Diana) Garza, Manuel (Eva) Garza , Edward (Laura) Garza and Julian Garza (Norma).
Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St . A religious service will be officiated at 10 a.m. by Rev. Tony Gutierrez of New Life Assembly Of God Church, located at 5711 Springfield Ave. Committal services will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery- Veteran's Section.
