SABAS GARCIA
Sabas Garcia, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2020.
Mr. Garcia was born in La Nopalosa Ranch and was a long life resident of Laredo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Elifonso and Vicenta Garcia.
His beloved wife, Aurora Garcia.
Sons, Elifonso Garcia, Sabas Garcia Jr., Juan Antonio Garcia and Reynaldo Garcia.
Daughter, San Juana Hernandez.
Grandson, Humberto Rene Martinez.
Son-in-Law, Roberto Lopez Sr.
He is survived by his children, Alberta Garcia, San Juana Esther Garcia, Pablo (Celia) Garcia, David (Lourdes) Garcia, Leticia Lopez, Rogelia (Elida) Garcia and Elizabeth (Fernando) Barrientes.
Many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Brother, Alejandro Garcia.
Sister, Alicia Balderas.
Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends.
Following the Ordinance by the State of Texas, visitations will be limited to 40 people inside our funeral home.
It is preferred for minor children not be allowed to attend services.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons, Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave.
Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8:40 a.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2020. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9:15 a.m. at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
