SAMUEL HEARD
Samuel Heard, 82, passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas.
Mr. Heard was born in Progreso, Coahuila, Mexico and was a long life resident of Rio Bravo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Guillermo Heard and Aurora D. Heard.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 57 years of marriage, Maria Guadalupe Heard.
Children, Juan Rolando (Alma Yolanda) Heard, Oscar Javier Heard, Rosalinda (Carlos) Velazquez and Samuel (Maria Susana) Heard Jr.
Grandchildren, Juan Rolando (Cynthia) Heard Jr., Luis Gilberto (Berenice) Heard, Leslie Velazquez, Ashley Heard, Alexandra Heard, Carlos Velazquez Jr., Miguel Alejandro Heard, Isabella Yaslin Heard, Samantha Gizelle Heard.
Great grandchildren, Juan Manuel Heard and Aracielle Elissa Heard.
Siblings, Ramon (Gabriela) Heard, Reynaldo (Maria Elena) Heard, Celestino (Hortencia) Heard, Maria Heard and Diamantina (Hector) Amezcua.
also surviving her are numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 18, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Committal services and interment will be held on a later date.
