SAMUEL SANCHEZ JR. Samuel Sanchez, Jr., 52, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2013 in Laredo, Texas. Mr. Sanchez was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a life long resident. He is preceded in death by his uncle, Martin Ramirez. Aunt, Juanita Sanchez. He is survived by his loving wife, Elena S. Sanchez. Children, Erika L. Sanchez, Samantha E. Sanchez (Fernando Soto, III), Samuel Sanchez, III. (Maribel) and Mia E. Sanchez. Grandchildren, Kayla Ferral, Shiloh Ferral, Mateo E. Gonzalez, Fernando Soto, IV. and Samuel Sanchez, IV Parents, Samuel and Maria R. Sanchez. Siblings, Maria Teresa (Raul) Buruato and Ricardo (Dalila) Sanchez. Nieces, Liza M. Sanchez and Tracy B. Buruato. Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26, 2013 from 4 to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Southside Chapels, Loop 20 and Zapata Hwy. Funeral services will begin at 9:20 a.m. on Friday, December 27, 2013 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
