SAMUEL OLIVEROS JR.

Samuel Oliveros Jr., 41, passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 in Austin, Texas.

Mr. Oliveros was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a lifelong resident.

He is preceded in death by his father, Samuel Oliveros Sr.

Uncles, Victor M. Oliveros Sr., Rodolfo Guajardo, Carlos Guajardo and Manuel Guajardo Jr.

Cousins, Victor M. Oliveros Jr. and Wesley Guajardo.

Maternal grandparents, Manuel and Carmen Guajardo.

Paternal grandparents, Inocencio Oliveros and Edna Garcia Castaneda.

He is survived by his mother, Guadalupe G. Oliveros.

Sisters, Edna C. Mickel spouse Charles G. Mickel and Claudia G. Gonzalez spouse Roberto Gonzalez.

Nephews and nieces, Robby Gonzalez, Gabriela Gonzalez and Catherine Mickel.

Uncles, Raul Garcia, Antonio Guajardo and Hector Guajardo.

Aunt, Rosa Maria Oliveros.

Cousins, Alberto R. Oliveros, Jorge A. Oliveros and Peter Guajardo.

Also surviving him are numerous other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 17, 2023 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. at San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin departing the funeral home chapel at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
