SAN JUANA RANGEL

San Juana Rangel, 80, passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas.
Mrs. Rangel was born in Nuevo Leon, Mexico and had been a long life resident of Laredo, Texas. Her passion in life was her family and enjoyed every moment she was able to spend with them. "La Familia, y la unidad de la Familia, antes de todo!", is her legacy. She was a life long member of the San Vicente De Paul Catholic Church Parish. She enjoyed taking part in all of the Church activities, such as retreats, jamicas, etc. She was always there as a good listener and was someone anyone could count on for help, if needed. She will always be remembered for how special she was and will Forever be in our Hearts.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ramona Garza and Pasqual Ortiz.
Grandchildren, Jorge Javier Rangel Jr., Leonor Rangel and Roel Rangel.
Daughter in Law, Cayetana Rangel.
Daughter, Esperanza Zamora.
Sons, Jose Hilario Rangel and Jorge Javier Rangel.
Her beloved husband, Hilario Rangel.
She is survived by her children, Eluterio Rangel, Maria del Rosario Rangel, Ramona Rangel, Esther (Jesus) Perez, San Juanita (Oscar) Coronado, Margarita (Santiago) Muñoz, Judge Ricardo (Maria Elena) Rangel, Claudia (Armando) Mejia, Ramiro (Monica) Rangel and Marina (Isidro) Ramirez.
Daughter-in Law, Maria Nelva Rangel.
Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Also surviving her are other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 31, 2017 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 p.m. in the
Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Southside Chapel, Loop 20 and Zapata Hwy.
Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. at San Vicente de Paul Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
