SAN JUANITA S. RODRIGUEZ

San Juanita S. Rodriguez, 75, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs Rodriguez was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas Mexico but had been a lifelong resident of Laredo.

Preceding her in death are her beloved husband, Jesus Mateo Rodriguez.

parents, Martin Solis and Hortencia Castaneda de Solis.

Siblings, Pablo Solis, Hector Solis, Oscar Solis and Jose Luis Solis.

She is survived by her children, Roxanne Rodriguez (Greg Brown) and Jesus Mateo Rodriguez II.

Her grandchildren, Raina (Kristy) Shanefelter, Ysela Guevara, Britney Rodriguez, Jesus Mateo Rodriguez III and Federico Guevara IV.

Her brother and sister, Arturo (Blanca Nelly) Solis, Alicia Solis, Hilda (Daniel) Montoya and Blanca (Rudy) Romanos.

Also surviving her are numerous other relatives and many close family friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 7, 2023 from 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. in the Hernandez, Lopez and Sons Funeral Chapels, located at 800 Boston St. and San Bernardo Ave. A Rosary will be officiated at 7 p.m. by Rev. Deacon Leonard Aguillon. Committal services and interment will be held at a later date.
