SANTIAGO MIGUEL CAVAZOS Mr. Cavazos was born in Ciudad Guerrero, Mexico and had been a long life resident of Laredo, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Santiago and Rosa Cavazos. Sisters, Olga Reyna and Oralia Cisneros. He is survived by his loving wife, Maria Socorro Cavazos. Children, Jaime Perez, Jorge (Lety) Perez, Rosaura Perez, Olga (Santiago) Cavazos, Santiago (Sara) Cavazos, Hector Cavazos, David (Karla) Cavazos, Miguel Angel Cavazos and Fabiola Cavazos. Twenty three grandchildren. Sisters Odilia Medina and Sylvia (Refugio) Conchas. Also surviving him are other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 from 4 to 9 pm and a Vigil of the Deceased will be held at 7 pm in the Hernandez-Lopez and Sons Northside Chapels, 800 Boston St. on San Bernardo Ave. Funeral services will begin at 8:00 am on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 departing from the funeral home chapel. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 am at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Committal services and interment will then follow in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
